Suzan Hedayatian
Hukuk eğitimini Bilkent Üniversitesi’nde tamamladıktan sonra Ankara Barosu’nda stajını tamamladı. Suzan Hedayatian özellikle insan hakları, yabancılar hukuku ve uluslararası hukukla ilgilenmektedir. Suzan, BSHK Hatip’te şirketler ve ticaret hukuku ile sözleşmeler hukuku alanlarında çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. İyi derecede İngilizce ve iyi derecede Farsça bilmektedir.
Pelin Sevin
While studying in Marmara University, Pelin worked as an intern in some firms. In 2018, while she was student, she started at BSHK Hatip Law Firm as a student intern and after her graduation she continued as legal intern.
Orhun Koç
After completing his high school education in Antalya, Orhun Koç completed his education at Marmara University Faculty of Law. The world legal systems and the world economy and the current and informatics side of law are one of the main areas of interest. He successfully completed the School of American Law certificate program opened by Chicago Kent College of Law. He works as a lawyer at BSHK Hatip. His areas of expertise are corporate and contract law, KVKK, land registry cadastre and litigation.
Nilhan Buyurgan
Nilhan BUYURGAN is specialized in M&A’s, insurance and bank insurance, banking and finance, energy, capital markets, public procurement, privatizations. She has extensive experience in general corporate matters such as advice to companies, commercial agreements and legal regulations and provides consulting services to capital markets clients such as public offerings, debt and equity offerings, reporting, information and corporate governance practices.
Nadide Ceren Geçmen
Nadide Ceren GEÇMEN, who was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association, has graduated from Izmir Ataturk High School and after Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. She is fluent in English and her French language skill is upper-intermediate. She is specialized in corporate and commercial law, contract law, intellectual property law, labor law and litigation.
Melis KURT
Melis Kurt focuses on private law, mainly on corporate and commercial law, law of obligations, nationality law, labour law, contract law and intellectual property law. She is fluent in English and her German language skill is upper-intermediate. She provides consultancy for both local and international clients.
Leyla PASHAYEVA
Leyla Pashayeva, Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesinden 2021 yılında mezun olmuştur. BSHK Hatip bünyesinde stajyer avukat olarak çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. Çok iyi derecede İngilizce ve iyi seviyede Rusça bilmektedir.

Dilara ÇINAR
Ms. Çınar’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, contract law, intellectual property law, tax law, litigation and arbitration law, real estate and dispute resolution. She also deals with in Turkish Citizenship and Turkish Residence transactions.
