Our Team

Mustafa Çağrı HATİP, who was admitted to İstanbul Bar in 2004, is specialized in company and contract law, partnerships, construction contracts and disputes regarding trade receivables.

He has been involved in M&A’s in many national and international companies and consortiums and has worked and negotiated many projects on construction contracts, real estate sales, finance and lease contracts, urban transformation projects, shipbuilding contracts and disputes. He has extensive experience in many commercial claims cases, in the responsibility of the board of directors and the general shareholders in the withdrawal or exclusion from the partnership and in international debt claims. He is also experienced in the conduct of many cases of trademark, patent, utility model and e-commerce contracts.
