Our Team

Rüştü Umur Saraç was educated at Bilgi University Faculty of Law on a full scholarship and graduated as an honors student. During his university life, he has done a double major and a minor. He has gained summer internship experience in various companies. In his academic life, he has experienced the student assistant program and has been an assistant dean for 2 years. He has worked for many years in various departments of the university. He has experienced moot court in his academic life and won the “Best Reply Petition” award together with his team.

He works in various fields of private law, especially in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, he is engaged in research and is interested in these areas, as well as in the fields of competition law and human rights law. He speaks English well. He continues his studies as a Trainee Lawyer at BSHK Hatip.
