Ms. Lale practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, contract law and mergers and acquisitions.

Having an in-house legal counsel background, she has extensive experience in general corporate matters, commercial agreements, corporate governance issues, shareholders’ rights and directors’ liabilities and responsibilities and legal compliance matters.

She also deals with mergers and acquisitions projects mainly in energy and infrastructure projects, project finance projects, privatizations and public offerings.
